Thermal Shock Testing (RM) Resilience Unveiled: Unleashing the Power of Thermal Shock Testing for Environmental Analysis and Robustness Evaluation

Thermal Shock testing is at the forefront of severe environment testing. With rapid transitions between temperatures (as rapid as ±30°C / minute), products are subjected to very harsh conditions.

C & C Technologies has many options when it comes to thermal shock testing.

We have chambers that have a stationary test area and utilizes a series of dampers to direct the hot and cold air through the test area. Since the test area in this chamber does not physically move, this method is useful for small test samples and electronic equipment such as circuit boards.

We also have traditional “elevator style” thermal shock chambers where the test area physically moves between a hot chamber and a cold chamber. These chambers are good for larger test samples.

The temperature limits of our chambers range between -77°c and 177°C with a transition time of less than 30 seconds.

C & C Technologies provides a state of the art accredited testing facility operated by highly qualified personnel to meet and exceed any demand to ensure your product meets the requirements of thermal shock testing.
